ABOUT PROJECT
“Tillage” is the preparation of the ground for growing crops. So, “Tillage” is extremely important in the success of both protecting crops from dangers such as weeds and providing the nourishing soil needed for each plant to grow to their full potential. Thus, the ideal behind Little Tillage is to provide a space that nurtures, protects and provides for our children. Our program is designed to cultivate character and nurture children in the skills needed for independent, thoughtful and responsible leaders of tomorrow.

About Me
Naomi Wong is an experienced early childhood education specialist with expertise in curriculum development and school operations. She holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and she earns her Bachelor’s in Community Health Education from the University of Central Arkansas, USA. With 8+ years of experience in school SOPs and curriculum design, Naomi has helped shape effective early learning environments. During the 2020 MCO, her strategic approach boosted student enrollment to the break-even point before the extended lockdown. Her passion for early education started before 2009, as she researched global preschool curricula and setup manuals from the U.S., Canada, Singapore, and Asia. She has also taught in local preschools and U.S. elementary and middle schools, giving her a broad perspective on child development and teaching methods. Naomi specializes in curriculum innovation, school management, and delivering high-quality education that meets global standards.
